Our collection of hand-embroidered pillows has removable covers and is made on our famous 100% cotton twill fabric. All are machine washable and can be tumble dried. Most styles are suitable for monogramming. All styles include a pillow insert and accommodate an embroidery hoop. They make lovely bridesmaids' or baby gifts, especially when monogrammed.

Linens for baby should be beautiful yet serviceable. Our wonderful pique is both are functional and beautiful. Every item is made with reinforced hems and is machine washable and can be tumble-dried. The pillow shams open in the rear with a French-Type back and velcro closure, (no buttons). The opening is wide enough to accommodate larger embroidery hoops. The summer blankets (coverlets) have a scalloped turn-back that is wonderful when monogrammed and suitable for carriage or bassinette.
The fabric beautifully accommodates monograms due to its weight and softness, getting softer with age and use. It puffs up after washing and drying. There is no need to iron these lovely things. Simply fold after laundering and use them again and again. They will continue to look new after years of service and are truly heirloom quality.

Classic Baby / Boudoir Shams |

These traditional shams are the standard, 12x16 size and suitable for boudoir or baby pillows. There is a large, French-type opening in the rear that allows a large embroidery hoop for monogramming or a name and date. Hand embroidered on soft, combed cotton with two rows of hemstitching, delicate open lace work and "Porthault" style embroidery on the borders, an understated work of art. Available in white or ecru. Pillow inserts are also available.

Hand Painted Baby |

The wonderfully talented Caroline Simas designed this new collection of hand painted baby things exclusively for us. We think her whimsical approach and fresh colors on classic baby images is fabulous. Caroline used adaptable colors so these pillows can accessorize any room.
All are hand painted using brushes and textile paints so each piece has its own individual brush strokes and character. The motifs were placed slightly off-center to accommodate a monogram but all are just as wonderful without one. Made on soft, 100% cotton twill, the fabric is slightly heavy so embroidery registers clearly and reads well.
They are machine washable and can be tumble dried. Use a fabric softener sheet, remove immediately from a warm dryer and smooth out any wrinkles. Ironing is not necessary but if desired, iron on the wrong side.
